Micro-Iso is the new protein supplement formulated and produced by Anderson. Its protein Fraction consists exclusively of whey proteins isolated by cross-flow micro-filtration (CFM) and spray drying process. The raw material used Carbery Isolac® is among the most certified and qualitatively higher than the average available on the market.
CFM method of production and isolation is the best as it allows to obtain high biological value proteins not denatured at 99% and retains a high content of essential amino acids (EAA) and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). Micro-Iso has a very low content of fat and lactose and the glycemic index is lower than concentrated whey proteins. The addition of vitamins and Digezyme ™ digestive enzymes enhances the digestion and absorption of all the glycomacropeptides, lactoferrins, immunoglobulins, amino acids and α-lactalbumins.
