CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Orders modification and cancellation
Before completing your order online, you have the option to modify the quantity of products with + - options or remove all the products you have placed in your shopping basket by clicking on the "Empty your basket" option. If you have completed your order and the product have not yet been sent to you, you can contact our customer service department at +30 2111024250 or contact us by email at our firstname.lastname@example.org and our authorized partner will immediately take over the cancellation. In case your order has already been invoiced and sent to the destination of your choice, no cancellation is possible.
You have the right to withdraw from the online purchase of a product within a fourteen (14) calendar days. You may return the purchased products only if they are in exactly the same condition as they were taken without having been used or opened or tampered with and provided they are accompanied by all the necessary documents proving your transaction.
Before each refund, we recommend that you contact the customer service department at at +30 2111024250 or contact us by e-mail at email@example.com. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the fourteen (14) calendar days shall commence from the day on which the customer receives the goods. Refunding will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by our company.
For health reasons, no refunds or changes are acceptable on underwear, pantyhose, stockings and swimwear.
The refunding method is identical to the payment method. Shipping costs in case of return of a product due to buyer withdrawal are payed by the buyer. If replacement of non-defective products is requested the buyer's refund and resale costs will be payed by the buyer.
